Michlin Toners & Developers have been designed to give you the optimum output that your machine was originally designed to produce.

Michlin guarantees its products will be free from manufacturer defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. OEM machine warranty requirements are met when Michlin products are installed and used according to Michlin and the machine manufacturer's service instructions.

It is predictable that when the OEM or service organization makes a call to your machine, they will be disappointed to see that they have lost the sales of supplies. In some cases, they will try to force you to buy their product by saying the product you are using will damage your machine and cause expensive repairs. This is only a sales tactic to get you to buy their product. We have on staff a trained service technician to disprove any questionable claims about your product. .

If the servicing company tells you that because you are using competitive supplies you will be billed for extra service, follow these steps to recover warranty reimbursement:

1. Tell the servicing company tat you would like for them to put in writing that our supplies were the only cause of the machine problem. No other machine adjustments were needed and affected parts had not reached the end-of-life.

2. Tell the servicing company you will need to keep all parts they plan to replace for shipment to Michlin, because they are needed for you to get reimbursement. They may also be needed for possible legal action.

3. Tell the servicing company you will need a copy of the machine’s service history for review by Michlin Products. We know the expected life of various replacement parts. The user of the machine will be responsible to keep the machine at a good service level.

If the authorized machine service representative is willing to provide a signed written statement claiming that Michlin’s product(s) caused damage to a specific part(s) of the machine, the Michlin will be responsible for the repair o replacement of the damaged part(s) including labor. Michlin will take the appropriate legal action pursuant to any derogatory statements about our product.

Michlin Products will perform equally as well as OEM toner in a properly serviced machine.

No other warranties expressed or implied are covered by this warranty including consequential damages such as machine lost time.
